A gentle introduction to the practice of Sheng Zhen. We will explore simple, flowing movements and seated meditation to help you

  • Support the body’s self‑healing processes

  • Experience a sense of grounded openness and ease

Workshops are accessible to all bodies and experience levels. Movements are gentle, fluid, and adaptable.

What to Bring:‍ ‍

• Yoga mat

• Meditation cushion or block if you use one

• Water bottle

• Comfortable clothing you can move in

• Please arrive a few minutes before the start time to get settled.
