Sheng Zhen Meditation in Motion and Stillness
A practice of returning to your original nature
Sheng Zhen is a heart‑centered meditation and qigong movement practice that invites the body and mind to soften, open, and reconnect with the original energy of love — the natural harmony that exists within us, in nature, and throughout the universe. It is both gentle and powerful, accessible to all bodies, and deeply supportive for anyone seeking grounding, clarity, and inner ease.
What is Sheng Zhen?
Sheng Zhen is often described as “meditation in motion,” but it is also a profound self‑healing system. Through the flowing movements, breath, and periods of stillness in each of the 18 forms, the practice helps release tension, quiet the mind, and restore a sense of spaciousness inside the body.
The movements are simple, accessible, and easy to learn. The forms and meditations are designed to help you reconnect with a sense of unconditional love, the universal energy, allowing the body to unwind and the heart to open.
Sheng Zhen practice supports:
reduced stress and anxiety
pain relief through improved strength
emotional regulation
a sense of inner stability to navigate the challenges of life
My Training and Approach
I have studied Sheng Zhen Meditation for many years with Master Li Jung Feng, both in person and through ongoing online training. This practice is part of my daily life and underlies much of the way I work with clients.
I also teach Sheng Zhen to individuals and groups, sharing the movements and meditations in a way that is grounded, clear, and accessible. My focus is always on helping people feel more connected, more open, and more at home in themselves.
