My work is shaped by years of study with highly respected educators in manual therapy, movement science and biodynamic craniosacral.
This combination of advanced manual therapy, movement science and nervous-system-informed work allows me to create sessions that are highly individualized, responsive to what your body needs in the moment, grounded in current pain science and efffective for both acute and long-standing issues.
It’s a comprehensive, whole-person approach designed to help you move with more ease, comfort and confidence.
My Advanced Trainings and Influences
I completed my foundational training in 2014 with Franklyn Sills, a pioneer in the field of craniosacral biodynamics whose teachings emphasize subtle perception, whole-body integration, and the body’s inherent capacity for self-regulation. Since then, I have continued my education through numerous postgraduate courses including embryology, gut/brain connection, PTSD/trauma resolution, and vagus nerve regulation, with many highly regarded teachers. This ongoing training has deepened my ability to work with the nervous system, fluid dynamics and the sublte rhythms that guide healing, supporting the calm, spacious, and deeply restorative quality clients often experience in my sessions.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
I have completed advanced training in Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy with Erik Dalton, whose work integrates osteopathy, structural integration, and modern pain science. This education has given me a deep understanding of how the nervous system, fascia, and skeletal alignment interact — and how to work with them together to reduce pain and restore efficient movement. Alongside my formal training, I continue to assist with exceptional MAT educators, both in the US and Europe. Working closely with skilled teachers sharpens my eye for subtle patterns, refines my hands-on precision, and deepens my understanding of body dynamics. Assisting educators is something I genuinely love — it continually strengthens my own practice and keeps me connected to the evolving edge of this field .

Functional Movement and Corrective Exercise
My training with Paul Kelly, a leader in combining tablework with corrective exercise, has strengthened my ability to assess and retrain movement patterns. This approach helps build stability, mobility, and long‑term resilience. In 2024 I earned my Personal Trainer Certification. This additional modality gives me the tools to integrate corrective exercise into sessions and help clients achieve their goals.
My continuing studies with Til Luchau, a renowned expert in the field of myofascial release and somatic psychology, have enhanced my skill in working with complex pain patterns, fascial restrictions, and structural imablances. This approach emphasizes precision, sensitivity, and client-centered work — qualities that shape every session I offer.
